The recent catastrophic Victorian bushfires have impacted so many, including incredible local producers who lost stock, equipment, and years of hard work in the devastating Heathcote Coolstores fire. Among them are our friends at and , who have lost so much.

We’ve proudly used Maidenii Dry Vermouth in our Sea & Shell Martini since the day we opened, and to help support their recovery we’ll be donating 10% of all Sea & Shell Martini sales for the rest of January directly to them.

Christmas is just around the corner and in the festive spirit of things we have decided to open our doors on a few extra days so everyone can get their holiday oyster and cocktail fix.

As a little present to everyone we will be running our $2 Oyster Happy Hours from 5-7pm every day we are open during the holiday period (remember Oyster Hours are walk in only, regular bookings available from 7pm)

Our Daily Daisy utilises an ever changing range of produce to deliver a fresh, vibrant and fruity aperitif cocktail. Each day champions and highlights a fruit or herb element combined with Polish rye vodka, Orange Curacao, Fino sherrry & lemon.

Delicate Bombay Sapphire is lifted by the floral and citrusy characters of the Yarra Valley elderflower blossoms in Marionette Liqueur amazing elderflower liqueur, Pear provides both depth and roundness, while salted vanilla honey and fresh lime balance it all out.
