Snack: Fried tiger prawn + nori ‘stick’, gochujang mayo + spring onion relish

Entree: Sashimi, smoked cultured cream, white soy + yuzu kosho, pickled grapes + nori furikake

Main: Local market fish, parsley velouté, lemon potato rösti, lobster emulsion + zucchini

Dessert: Burnt honey parfait, brown sugar tuile, tonka bean cream, poached rhubarb + toasted almond crumb

We’ve postponed the Beyond The Pass event with Analiese Gregory and Lifeline that was scheduled for tonight, Wednesday 16 September.

Keep an eye out for the new date that will be announced soon!

In the meantime, the Stillwater doors are open for our regular dinner service tonight, and we’d love to see you.

It’s that time of year to recruit for the busy season ahead, we’re looking for people to join our amazing and well established team:

EXPERIENCED CASUAL WAITER: ideal for someone wanting just that bit of extra work of 2-3 NIGHTS per week.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar a la carte environment is preferred. The role would require the waiter to take a full section, have sound food and beverage knowledge, a genuine desire to learn and be focused on authentic connection with their guests and team.
