This week at Esperance Sri Lankan Taste, we’re shining the spotlight on three favourites that are packed with flavour!

The kitchen is firing up again this Monday at Esperance Sri Lankan Taste, and this week there are a few VERY tempting reasons to skip cooking. 😏

🌶️ Sri Lankan Chicken Curry
Rich roasted curry spices, tomato and coconut milk.

🥬 Cottage Cheese with Spinach
Cottage cheese cooked in a creamy spinach sauce. Comfort food territory right here.

🔥 CHICKEN DOSA – Chef’s Special
Crispy dosa filled with spicy chicken and served with coconut sambal. $20

And if you’re after something snacky (or an extra for later 👀), there’s Lamb Roti, Potato Dosa, naan and coconut roti too.

🍽️ WE’RE HIRING – FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF! 🍽️

We’re currently looking for an experienced, reliable and friendly person to join our team in a Front of House position at our restaurant! 😊

The role includes:
• Taking customer orders
• Taking payments and handling the register
• Delivering food and drinks to tables
• Handing out takeaway orders
• Cleaning and keeping the restaurant tidy
• Setting and clearing tables
• Helping customers with any questions or requests
• Working as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• General front-of-house duties as required

📅 Days: Tuesday – Saturday
⏰ 20+ hours per week available
🕓 Shifts are generally around 4:00pm – 8:30/9:00pm, depending on the roster.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Experienced in hospitality/front of house
✨ Reliable and punctual
✨ Friendly and confident with customers
✨ Able to work well under pressure
✨ A team player with a good work ethic
✨ Available for regular evening shifts Tuesday–Saturday
