Bonjour! We're hiring! Bistro Louis is seeking locals or working holiday maker visa holders for Kitchen & Front of House positions.

For the kitchen, we are seeking experienced cooks & qualified chefs with a minimum 3 years of experience for an immediate start.

For Front of House, it is essential that you have a strong background in customer service driven hospitality. Restaurant table service & bar experience is also essential.

You will need to have your RSA & preferably some barista experience.

Approved Managers are strongly encouraged to apply.

It is a requirement that you have secure accommodation & be available for a minimum of 3 - 6 months.

We look forward to hearing from talented, hospitality professionals with a friendly demeanor & a can-do attitude.
