For our 🌷Feast of Flowers theme for About Town Floriade Australia this week we are re-introducing two locally produced absolute legends!!

🐝 From Our Australian Honey Red Stringybark Honey our creamy hand-made ice cream.
🍯 We stock a broad range of their honey in store - Green Malle, Red Stringybark, Snow Gum, Yellow Box, Buckwheat and creamed varieties.

🥜 From Happy Wombat Hazelnuts turned into a delicious nutty rich hand-made ice cream.
🐿️ We stock their hazelnuts roasted, raw and in a smooth butter- check out our merch shelf.

Both are hand-made smooth and creamy ice creams made with milk, cream, sugar, salt and the raw ingredients of hazelnuts or honey - NOTHING else ❌
Pure locally produced raw ingredients is what makes them just so good 🤤

We are proud to partner with these small family owned and run businesses, as we support each other. 🤝

WOW thank-you CBR!!

Someone out there has nominated us again, many have voted and we are again finalists 🎉

This one hits differently because we have not been there to run the daily show (although we've been in the background ordering, invoicing, rostering etc) it has been our AMAZING staff who have continued to run our small business on the ground day in day out 🙌🏻

However, this award and our small business would not be possible without YOU 🫵🏻 every customer who steps through our doors, we are so very grateful for your support.

Financially we know times are tough, small business is really really hard and we are so incredibly thankful for every dollar you choose to spend on our hand-made ice cream and keeping our dream alive.

Fingers and toes crossed again but we are happy enough with the recognition of finalists if we don't win this time.

Here's to scooping many more memories' 🧡🍦💙
