If you haven’t met Tommy, have you even Rizla’d? He’s been happily pulling the strings and keeping the ice bucket filled with interesting wines for over 4 years now while Andy swans about pretending to be busy.

What kind of Rieslings does TT love? Loves them dry, loves fun ferment vessels, loves Kabinett, loves a clean Natty style too. Loves Alsatian and Austrian as much as German and Aus. He’d have it intravenously if he could!

He’s practically part of the Braddon streetscape too, having joined us after many years at The Italian Place and I&S before that.
