From today, we are rolling out rotating pizza specials alongside our standard bar menu.

We wanted to give the team room to test short-run ideas that pair directly with the drinks list. Expect combinations designed to complement the acid, smoke, and weight of our cocktail menu before they make way for the next iteration.

The first run goes live on the stone tonight: Grape & Pecorino.

Mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, fresh rosemary, balsamic glaze, and fresh green grapes. Bright, salty and unorthodox in the best ways.
