Fried eggplant stuffed with Mackerel, topped with smoked beef tallow, pickled fennel, and ‘nahm prik kapi’ - a Thai chilli relish driven by shrimp paste, garlic, fish sauce, and lime.

Seriously our best menu yet 🙂‍↕️
