Our average in-store wait time for the week 16 minutes with lunches sitting at 13 minutes

On top of that 99% of our bad feedback comes from delivery & we have no real way to make it right with the customer.

Fresh food & great service is our focus, we didn’t make the decision lightly but we think it’s a big step in the right direction!
