We are a relatively new Coffee shop in Bloemfontein, embracing the growing coffee culture in our lovely town. Needless to say, we believe that coffee is not just another hot beverage that give you your daily fix, for us it's more about the coffee experience... From the wonderful smell of freshly ground coffee to the wonderful warm sensation of freshly brewed coffee to the wonderful chats you have with your friends, family, perhaps your soulmate of even the time you set aside for yourself, thinking about where life is taking you.. All of this contribute to the experience we find associated with your daily cup of Jo. Although we do not roast our own coffee just yet, we are happy to say that we do get our coffee from one of the oldest coffee roasters in SA, Mastertons. Personally we adore their coffee and we know you would too. We always try to ensure that you get the best cup of coffee each time and if you find it not to be the case, we will try our best to correct our mistake. Not only do we strive to serve you the best coffee, but we go to lengths to make sure we serve fantastic food as well. Our whole theme around our shop, is the Mediterranean cuisine, more specifically Israeli Cuisine. So if you are in the mood to taste something different, you know where to go.

Social media is changing fast — and getting more expensive. For businesses, brands and entrepreneurs, simply posting is no longer enough. You need to understand what works, why it works and how to turn attention into actual results.

Some useful tips from The Osem Shop

A little prep tonight, breakfast ready tomorrow.

Overnight oats are an easy way to make busy mornings a little simpler. Stir, refrigerate and add your favourite toppings!

OVERNIGHT OATS
Serves 1 | Prep: 5 minutes | Soak overnight

You’ll need:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• ½ cup milk/liquid of your choice
• ¼ cup plain yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt (optional)
• 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
• A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Make it:

Mix everything in a jar or container.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Stir in the morning, adding a splash of milk if needed. Finish with your favourite toppings.

🍌 Make it your own: Try banana and peanut butter, grated apple and raisins, or berries and sunflower seeds.

Find your oats, seeds, nuts and other pantry favourites at The Osem Shop, in-store or online.

What would you put on yours? 🌿
