Some chapters don’t end quietly… they close with a full room, full glasses, and even fuller hearts.

Last night marked Calli’s final wine dinner with Estera, alongside Roger Shepard of Bellows International - and somehow, it felt like the entire journey was poured into every glass.

Executive Chef Dylan curated a menu inspired by “around the world,” the room filled with familiar faces who have supported Estera from the very beginning. The kind of people who have grown with us, course by course, year by year.

Calli has been a part of Estera since we opened our doors in October of 2023, contributing to many of the moments that have shaped what these wine dinners are today.

While we are looking forward to what’s ahead - for both her and us, there’s no denying that this one stings a little.

Thank you, Calli, for the time, the energy, and the moments shared at Estera.
