Here's a sneak preview of one of the cookies that will be in our Fall Flavors drop later this week! This is a fudgy chocolate cookie, stuffed with a creamy peanut butter, studded with Reese's pieces, and topped with a Reese's Halloween pumpkin. If you're a chocolate peanut butter lover, this one is for you!

TriBecca Baking Company became TriBecca Hiking Company this week! 🥾🏕️

We took some time off from our full-time gigs as paralegal and attorney (and moms!), and spent 3 days hiking the Appalachian Trail in Shenandoah National Park. 🌲🌳🪾🍁🍂

But we didn’t take time off from our part-time gig as bakers, cause you can bet there was plenty of cookie flavor brainstorming happening during those 25 miles! 🍪🍫🤤

Now, we’re resting up and getting ready for our Fall Flavors drop later this week! Lots of Halloween and cozy options will be on the menu. Orders will open on Thursday - click here to sign up for a text reminder!

Update: we evened things out and have some cookies in Chesapeake too! Chesapeake folks don’t have to miss out!

We had an amazing time at Barktober Fest today, and were blessed to come home with just a small sampling of leftover cookies, despite the threatening skies!

If anyone would like a baker’s choice cookie box for pick up in Yorktown tomorrow (107 Champions Path), please send us a message. $20 for a box of 6 cookies. Cookie flavor possibilities are chocolate peanut butter, cake batter, chocolate chip Nutella, chocolate mint, oatmeal raisin, and Biscoff white chocolate. (We also have a handful of GF flavors too, if that’s your jam!)

Something new is brewing at TriBecca Baking! 👩‍🍳🍪🎃🍁

In order to better manage your orders (and our schedule!), we're switching to monthly drops via Hotplate. You'll be able to order cookie boxes and other goodies during drop windows, and we'll have set pick-up times on Saturdays in Yorktown and Chesapeake for each drop 📅⏰

We'll be doing our first drop in October, with ALL the fall and Halloween flavors. (Chocolate PB cookies with Reese's pumpkins? And who wants apple c***r donuts again this year??🍎🍩)

Come see us tomorrow at The Farmers' Market at City Park from 8am-12pm for your cookie fix! You can get a half dozen of our jumbo cookies for $20, which is an amazing investment in your happiness 🫶🍪
