Our Dinner for Two begins with burrata toast, followed by your choice of two entrées, house-made tiramisu, and two glasses of selected w**e. It’s an easy excuse to put your plans on the calendar and enjoy a night out together.

We had a great time at our W**e Pairing Dinner featuring Justin W**es. 🍷

The evening began at our Abbey Rooftop Bar and Lounge, where guests gathered over w**e and plated appetizers before heading into dinner. From there, Chef Andrés Padilla brought the evening to life with a thoughtfully crafted menu, with each course thoughtfully paired with Justin W**es.

From the first pour to the final bite, it was an evening filled with great food, beautiful w**e, and wonderful company. We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us and made the evening so memorable.

Good food starts with good ingredients. At Carboni’s Ristorante, we let the seasons inspire our menu, using farm-to-table ingredients to bring new flavors and dishes to the table throughout the year.

Our Summer Salad was a perfect example of the season, featuring arugula, creamy burrata, peaches, oranges, basil, prosciutto crumbles and a light dressing. Now, as we welcome fall, we’re bringing new flavors inspired by the season.

Meet the Chef Behind the September 25th Justin W**es Pairing Dinner.

Chef Andres Padilla brings an impressive culinary career spanning North America, from his roots in New Mexico to Chicago, Texas, and the East Coast, with extensive travel throughout Mexico shaping his approach to modern Mexican cuisine.

As a former Culinary Director for Frontera Restaurant Group and Executive Chef at the Plaza Hotel in El Paso, Chef Andres has led acclaimed kitchens, earned recognition from the Chicago Tribune and James Beard Foundation, and helped maintain a Michelin star at Topolobampo.

Now Executive Chef at Hotel Paso Del Norte, Chef Andres will be joining us for an evening of thoughtfully crafted dishes paired with Justin W**es.
