Sunday Supper returns September 20. 🍽️
We’re setting the table for something special at Preserve.

Join us as Chef Dennis Sydnor takes over the Preserve kitchen for a one-night-only Sunday Supper. A Sacramento-based chef with more than 30 years of experience and a winner of Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen, Chef Sydnor brings a passion for local ingredients, sustainable agriculture, and community to the table.

For the evening, enjoy a special curated menu featuring Chef Sydnor’s additions alongside a selection of Preserve favorites, with our full bar open for cocktails, wine, beer, and more.

Reservations are paced throughout the evening with walk-ins welcomed at a first come first served basis.

We’re excited to welcome Hooby’s Brewing and Blue Note Brewing as our featured brewery partners for this Sunday’s Crawfish Boil at Preserve.

What makes this collaboration even more special? Earlier this year, the Stocking Family—the team behind Hooby’s Brewing in downtown Winters—became the new owners of Blue Note Brewing in Woodland, bringing together two beloved Yolo County breweries under one family.

Together, they’re continuing a shared passion for crafting exceptional beer, creating welcoming spaces, and bringing communities together.

As you enjoy a traditional Louisiana-style crawfish boil prepared by Guest Chef Juan Barajas and the Preserve kitchen, you’ll also have the chance to sample outstanding local brews from both Hooby’s and Blue Note.

This spring, Winters Theatre Company brings A Chorus Line to the historic Winters Opera House, and we're helping make your Sunday in Winters one to remember.
