I can’t believe CC's Kitchen has already been open for six months! If you haven't stopped by yet, you are truly missing out on authentic Southern cuisine.

For a long time, I dreamed of opening a restaurant in my hometown—the kind of place where working folks go for real, fuss-free food that is full of flavor and easy on the wallet. At CC’s Kitchen, we serve the kind of meals that make you slow down and enjoy the moment: meatloaf that tastes homemade, smothered dishes over rice, fried chicken, collards, candied yams, and cornbread.

Places like this aren't about fancy decor; they are about the people, the stories, and the taste of home cooking. And if you’ve ever eaten at a spot like ours, you know the golden rule: order your dessert when you order your meal. By the time you finish your plate, the last of the banana pudding or peach cobbler might already be gone!

Local spots like this are getting harder to find. When you run across one, I hope you’ll stop by, sit down, and join us. Let’s continue to support our local businesses.
