Chef's Table Our food truck is a little bistro-on-wheels, bringing Douglas' 20 years of fine-dining experience to the street.

From art gallery to camground, music festival to your own dining room, every dish for every guest is artfully created and lovingly served. The chef's table is typically a private table in the kitchen reserved for guests of the Chef who personally prepares the meal and entertains the diners, allowing a more meaningful, intimate, behind-the-scenes dining experience. At Chef's Table, every patron is our special guest, and Chef Doug works to delight each one with artfully, lovingly crafted food.

I'll tell you what, BBQ ain't easy. It's a lot of work. I thought my normal routine was challenging. I have the utmost respect for people who do this every day. 28 hours into this menu prep and I think you're going to really enjoy it. We hope to see you at the Kickass Beef Jerky store off of Hwy 14/61. 4pm till we sell out. Hopefully its quick, I need a nap!

So BBQ, one of my all time favorite American cuisines. It's primal, so simple, but honestly, easy to mess up. There's nothing better than a juicy piece of meat with a beautiful smoke ring that's been slow cooked over fire and smoke. We had actually talked about opening up a BBQ joint in town, had a name and everything. This was when Winona was really lacking in that department. Never say never! BBQ, the methods, the smells, and the tastes are something that I hold close to my heart and have a lot of respect for. I'll do my damnedest to make this menu rock. Come on out, we got wet naps, drinks, and tables! Everybody licks their fingers! We sold out pretty quick last time. Slow and low, that is the tempo....This Friday at the Kickass Beef Jerky store from 4pm to SOLD OUT!!
