Chef's Table Our food truck is a little bistro-on-wheels, bringing Douglas' 20 years of fine-dining experience to the street.

From art gallery to camground, music festival to your own dining room, every dish for every guest is artfully created and lovingly served. The chef's table is typically a private table in the kitchen reserved for guests of the Chef who personally prepares the meal and entertains the diners, allowing a more meaningful, intimate, behind-the-scenes dining experience. At Chef's Table, every patron is our special guest, and Chef Doug works to delight each one with artfully, lovingly crafted food.

We'll be at The Veg Shack with The Coffee Camper THIS SUNDAY celebrating FALL and most importantly The Coffee Camper's THREE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!! So come out, grab some mums and veggies from Patrick, and some delicious drinks from Rachel, and we'll hug your tummy with some good food! Buffalo City from 10am to 1pm!!

You guys never cease to amaze, impress, and humble me. I assumed Rachael and I would have a quiet service last night for our first themed cuisine night tied to our Fryday Walleye Fry. I was wrong, you guys came out, waited patiently, ordered pasta, lots of pasta! We sold out of almost all of our Italian dishes. UNBELIEVABLE. It was great. We are so grateful that you guys follow, comment, make suggestions, and take the time to come let us serve you. We are blessed! THANK YOU!! I'm thinking GERMAN for our next run......any suggestions?

We've brought in some legit Italian ingredients for tonight. Some spaghetti and pecorino romano, all the way from Italia. I also rolled out some fresh hand made pappardelle and ravioli. If you're in the mood for some food that will give you a hug, come check us out. Winona Pac N Mail Express 5pm - 7pm LIMITED AMOUNTS, when it's gone, it's gone!We also will be frying up some walleye if pasta is not your thing!

We are going to be doing something a little different with our Fryday Walleye Fry moving forward til the end of the season. We are going to incorporate themed cuisine nights along with offering our fantastic walleye. German, Italian, maybe French, stuff like that. But not like "Olive Garden Italian." As close to authentic as we can get, with ingredients and recipes. We will be starting this Friday with some traditional Italian dishes. Lots of fresh pasta!! I'm not sure of anyone in Winona making their own pasta, so why shouldn't we!? Don't miss out, we will have a limited amount of each dish, so when it's gone, it's gone! Chi dorme non piglia pesci!
