Why put mignonette in a martini?

Because we’re a seafood restaurant.

Our Half Shell Martini starts with Cultivated Cocktails Asheville Vodka and adds housemade seasonal mignonette and saline for something crisp, savory and just briny enough.

Think less olive brine, more oysters on the half shell.

Yuzu. Muscadine. Sweet tea.

Our Yuzu Tart brings together bright citrus with shiso muscadines and sweet tea whip — a few flavors from very different places that somehow feel right at home together.

Sweet, tart, floral and just a little unexpected.

Tonight’s food and drinks don’t make it to the table without the people behind them.

From prep to service, the kitchen to the bar, and all of the little things in between — it takes a team to make a night at three10 happen.

Today seems like a particularly good day to appreciate ours.

A little lighter, without missing the point.

We’ve added two Low ABV cocktails to our menu — for when you want a thoughtfully made cocktail with a little less alcohol behind it.

Meet Bonne Chance.

Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur with housemade pear oleo, citrus and Fever-Tree club soda.

Bright ◈ Bubbly ◈ Ginger-kissed ◈ Refreshing

All the intention of a cocktail. Just a little lower on the ABV.

What exactly is a sea bean?

It’s a crisp, naturally salty coastal succulent — and another ingredient we’re getting right here in Wilmington through UNCW.

You’ll find it tossed with frisée and arugula alongside our NC Lump Crab Cake, marinated tomatoes and tomato butter.

Turns out a little taste of the coast works pretty well with crab.

The calendar says fall. The plate isn’t quite ready to let go of summer.

Our Seared Daily Catch changes with what’s available, paired with Carolina Gold rice grits, tasso ham, pickled dehydrated okra and a clear tomato-okra consommé.

A dish sitting right where we like to be — somewhere between the season we’re leaving and the one that’s coming next.

Floral, citrusy and just a little smoky.

A Meadow and You pairs Ole Smoky White Lightnin’ with St-Germain, lavender, citrus and butterfly pea flower.

The result is refreshing and floral with a soft wisp of smoke underneath — and probably not what you were expecting when we said moonshine.

Panna cotta doesn't have to be the quiet dessert.

Ours pairs silky hazelnut panna cotta with olive oil cake and caramel crémeux — creamy, nutty, rich and just enough cake to change the texture of every bite.

A pretty good argument for not skipping the last course.

NC pork. Corn. Muscadine.

Ingredients that feel unmistakably Carolina, without being stuck in the past.

Cheshire Heritage herb-marinated pork tenderloin with fried corn pudding, slaw dressed in walnut vinaigrette and a muscadine demi.

Our kind of Southern cooking.

Raspberry doesn’t always have to mean sweet.

For Pink Shoelaces, housemade raspberry and sage syrup meets Nolet’s Gin, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur and citrus — keeping things bright, botanical and balanced.

A little fruit. A little herb. Plenty of reason for another sip.
