🎃 **IT’S PUMPKIN EVERYTHING SEASON.**

So naturally, we did what any respectable Maine lobster joint would do.

We tried a **Pumpkin Spice Lobster Roll.**
Nah.

**Pumpkin Spice New England Clam Chowder.**
Still nah.

**Pumpkin Lobster Mac & Cheese.**
That was a hard nah.

We even got Bill some **pumpkin-orange nail polish.**
Surprisingly… also nah.

**Pumpkin Spice Lobster Bisque?**
Okay. Maybe. We’re not completely opposed to bad decisions.

But after considerable scientific research, several questionable conversations, and absolutely no help from our Oujia Board, we decided to keep it simple:

**Slice of plain ol’ pumpkin pie.**

Simple, basic, nothing fancy. No lobster. No bacon. No sherry. No culinary nonsense.

Just a **wicked good slice of fall.**

And yes, we are **fully stocked with cans of spray whipped cream** for your pleasure. Because that's how we roll.

Excellent. You are a brave soul, perhaps. But we've got you covered.

Introducing our new **DIY 16-Pak**:

• 16 untoasted New England-style rolls
• 4 lbs. of lobster meat
• A whole bunch of coleslaw
• Butter
• Mayo
• Enough lobster to make your guests briefly forget they usually eat pizza

When you're ready to go, toast the buns, prepare the lobster however you like it, and stuff those rolls.

Doesn't get much better than that.

**UPDATE:** Alright, you got us. This particular customer actually ordered **four 4-paks**. We just thought “16-pak” sounded better.

There is no 16-pak.
There was never a 16-pak.
But there could be.

Because apparently we’ve decided to get a little fancy.

A silky, impeccably tart key lime filling with just the right amount of citrusy sophistication, crowned with our **homemade Maine blueberry topping**.

Key lime and Maine blueberries.

Strange bedfellows? **Ayuh.**

But somehow this improbable little union is **absolutely scrumptious.**

Great for any get together!! The perfect snack tray, 12 Lobster Roll "Sliders". Buttered and toasted buns, with a dab of mayo mixed with the lobster. We also have take-home sizes of our coleslaw, potato salad and quart sizes of our soups to round out the table.

Give us an hours notice and we will have a tray ready for you. (if you want 80 sliders like the order in the picture, please let us know the day before). $65, tray of 12.
