Every coffee at Dueling Rabbits is roasted in small batches. Not because it’s the easiest way to do it, but because it’s the best way I know how. Small batches let me pay attention to the little things that can make the difference between a good coffee and a memorable one.

Roasting has become my creative outlet. Some people paint, some people write music, I spend my days trying not to set expensive coffee beans on fire. Every roast is a chance to learn something new and share a little piece of that obsession with the people who walk through our doors.

Hey everyone! A few updates for this week:

We’ll be open late this Friday during Ladybug Festival until 5PM, so stop in and grab your favorite cup while you’re out downtown.

Also, this Sunday we’ll be at the Delaware Author Fair with coffee and fresh bags available for sale. The café will still be open too, so you can stop by either spot for your daily dose of Dueling Rabbits.
