Our current Zodiac drink might be one of the most popular ones we’ve ever featured! The Gemini is a tiramisu shaken espresso made with homemade vanilla syrup, espresso, a splash of oat milk, and a whipped mascarpone cream topped with cocoa powder. Our spring menu ends on Sunday in order to bring in a few new seasonal items for the summer. We will be featuring our beloved strawberry toast, a Greek salad option that can be made with chicken OR chickpeas (vegan!), and a delicious herby tuna salad made on homemade focaccia! We had initially meant for the chicken bacon ranch to be a seasonal only option but it’s been so popular we have decided to keep it longer term. Check this all out starting Monday June 8th!
