Here again today!!! The Sippin' Station!!! Chef Rusty and I have already been trying to figure out what to try today!! I am generally kind of a picky drinker (non-alcoholic drinker!! Lol) and they seriously knocked it out of the park!! Watching their enthusiasm and their uncanny ability to put these flavors together , remind me of how we started with the food truck ! They love what they do and trust me you will benefit from that!! So let's overwhelm them with how much love Whitehall has for small business!!

Also today, we are having to restock the feature ingredients already!! This was a hit last night!! We will have The Hawaiian rice bowl today hot and ready to go into your bellies!!

I know it's been a little while since we were able to list a new feature... it's been really busy lately with lots of catering. So here it finally is.

HAWAIIAN CHICKEN RICE BOWL
(Rice topped with sliced chicken breast, sauteed ginger seasoned pineapple red bell pepper mix, sauteed napa cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds, and a Hawaiian teriyaki sauce)

Sorry folks!! We will not be open today!! Sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but we will be open regular hours 11am to 8pm the rest of the week!! This winter chef Rusty started a little project. He has been making soft plastic fishing lures and we are now selling them at the counter at the restaurant.
Chef Lab Lures....
Grab a bag of some mixed colors...
Brushhogs, finesse worms with tail, Waterbugs, paddle tail minnows, frogs, and large worms.

The more we sell, the more molds and such chef will keep investing in to offer more variety. Either way it is his fun hobby and these lures have already worked great this year on bass, crappie, gills, and perch.

We are very very sorry but we ran out of pork tonight. It's been really busy this week and our vendor has been out of stock.
We just got our delivery this afternoon and still waiting for it to finish cooking. We will have it back first thing tomorrow.
