Noon Mirch Kitchen + Bar earned not one but two well‑deserved victories at Evening of Cuisine, taking home the Best Entrée Award for their outstanding Chicken Tikka Masala and the Best Adult Beverage Award for their signature creation, Holi Harvest. Their Chicken Tikka Masala impressed our judges with rich flavors, aromatic spices, and a perfect balance of comfort and innovation. Similarly, Holi Harvest stood out as a beautifully crafted beverage—layered and thoughtfully composed, with flavors that were both celebratory and refined. It offered the balance, creativity, and memorable finish that made judges take notice immediately.

With 23 restaurants and food vendors showcasing their best offerings during this celebration, earning these awards is a remarkable achievement. The Noon Mirch team demonstrated the passion, skill, and attention to detail that have made them a favorite among diners throughout our community.
