Team Backyard Bow Pro Protecting, engaging, educating and involving communities in a landmark effort to curb food insecurities one handshake (one Arrow) at a time.

The Backyard Bow Pro program is a national accreditation or certification that is verifying team members as crime free, proficient, community minded individuals. They are provided a slew of tools and credentials, such as photo identification badge, unique I.D. #, etc that are designed to offer "transparency" to the non-hunting property owner. Combine these tools and credentials with their written

commitment to give back to their community through food relief efforts such as Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry, and you have an inarguable win-win-win program. Hunters are gaining access to prime hunting property without paying high lease fees - Landowners are receiving help managing their property from verified individuals - Communities are receiving a higher volume of red meat donations.

The Smokin' Joe Lasher mobile kitchen is open 11-7 pm Monday - Thursday this week at Twin Willows NC, 525 Cascade St, Mars Hill NC with our regular menu available. Community meals will be available for walk up clients!

Hi Friends! We finally have internet and power in certain areas of Western North Carolina. Please keep all of those affected by Hurricane Helene in your prayers. Many families need help and assistance and we are trying to do what we can do to support those efforts. The need will be ongoing for quite some time, so, as you are able, please do what you can. As hunters, we're also providers. As our processors like Double J’s Meat Processing in WNC and Norm's Deer Processing in Central NC come online, please DONATE deer.
