Perfect pre-workout or afternoon snack.

Peanut Butter-Banana Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

* 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
* 1/4 cup all purpose flour
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/4 cup HL baked goods
* 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp all spice
* 3 medium very ripe bananas mashed
* 6 Tbl Peanut butter divided
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/4 cup applesauce
* 3 Tbl honey
* 1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Whisk together dry ingredients - set aside
2. Whisk together 4 Tbl peanut butter and all other wet ingredients
3. Stir in dry mix until just incorporated
4. Spread into greased 9” square baking pan
5. Use a sturdy toothpick to spread remaining PB throughout giving a marbled effect.
6. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until edges start pulling away from edges
7. Cool slightly before cutting.

Chocolate-covered strawberry vibes and they are sooo pretty

Strawberry-Almond Butter Energy Cups

Ingredients

* Almond butter
* 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
* 1/4 cup almond slivers
* 3/4 cup almond butter
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 1/2 Tbl. ground flax seed
* 2 pkg Freeze-dried strawberries
1 Tbl Strawberry preserves
* 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
* 1 Tbl coconut oil
* Sea salt

Directions

1. Mix almond butter and oats.
2. Line 24 mini muffin pan with paper liners
3. Crush strawberries ( reserve 1 tsp for topping)
4. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips and coconut
5. Press into mini muffin liners.
6. Melt together chips and oil
7. Pour scant tsp over each muffin
8. Refrigerate until chocolate color dulls
9. Sprinkle with salt and remaining strawberries
10. Return to frig for an hour

High-Protein Energy Bars

Ingredients

* 1/2 cup tahini
* 3 Tbl maple syrup
* 2 Tbl coconut oil
* 1 cup oats
* 1/4 cup chopped figs
* 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
* 4 scoops HL vanilla protein drink mix
*1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
*1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt together tahini, syrup and oil.
2. Mix in other ingredients thoroughly.
3. Press into plastic wrap-lined 8x4 loaf pan.
4. Freeze uncovered fir 30 minutes
5 Remove from pan and cut into bars.

Crunchy little bites of energy.

Crunchy High-Protein Quinoa Bites

Ingredients

* 1 cup puffed quinoa
* 1/2 cup peanut butter (can substitute PB powder and water)
* 1 1/2 cup baking chocolate melted
* 4 scoops HL vanilla protein drink mix
* 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
* Pinch sea salt/bite

Directions

1. Melt together chocolate and peanut butter
2. Allow to cool.
3. Add honey/syrup.
4. Stir together quinoa and PDM
5. Stir in chocolate/peanut mix
6. Use small cookie scoop and drop bites onto a lined cookie sheet and flatten a little.
7. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes
