Smash Shack is GROWING and we’re officially outgrowing our current commissary kitchen! We’re looking for a new space in Lansing or Grand Ledge to keep us SMASHING!

➡️ Commissary kitchen is a rented space not a brick and mortar ☺️

MUST HAVE:
• Fryers + stove tops
• Walk-in cooler preferred OR 3 commercial refrigerators
• Commercial dishwasher + 3-compartment sink
• Prep & dry-storage space
• 24/7 access
• Ability to accept our weekly Detroit bun & GFS deliveries
