This is one of the best Pad Thai by far l have tried and compared to Eato Chef.
It’s in BKK. Soi RamKhamhang 42
It’s literally has 2 tables(l forgot to take a picture of it)
It a real pure street food! She has a cart and two tables that’s it!
—Her noodles texture was excellent, but Eato is a little more chewy texture. Very close! I give it to her 9.5 - 10 Eato.
— Her color is look just like Eato. I give her 10- 10 Eato
— Her flavors are very close to Eato. But she is missing garlic, shallots, wok hay, fish sauce, and lime. My girl went to 7-11 to get more 🍋🟩 and mini fish sauce 😊 l give her 8.5- 10 Eato.
— the ingredients are fresh 10 for sure!
— the service was great 10 for sure!
— And she stand on the stool while she was cooking too 😂 so do l! 10-10 😂😅jk
— The price was 60 Baht which currently its about $1.85 per dish (3 pcs.of shrimp). Can’t beat that! 10/10!!
And of all of places l’ve tried. She is definitely my number 1 for now. The reason why it was so good because she cook one at the time!
We ordered 2 the same thing, but she cooked it twice even though she has big space to cook for 2. But she chose to cook twice! That is the secret right there!! EatoChef gives her 10 out 10 for sure!!👍
The best Pad Thai by far in Thailand is not from the high end restaurants, the nice hotels, or beautiful views of the cafe. Instead it just as simply as no one even notices it.
This is the beauty of a food culture and industry!
