We recently became aware of a social media post regarding a disappointing experience with Coaches Pizza, and we wanted to take a moment to address it.
As a locally owned, family-run business, we take a great deal of pride in both our food and our employees. We certainly aren’t perfect, and occasionally things don’t go as planned, especially on busy evenings.
When an issue arises, we do our best to address it and offer a reasonable resolution. In this instance, our manager offered a $20 credit on a $44 order in an effort to make things right. While we understand that may not have been the resolution the customer was hoping for, it was a sincere attempt to acknowledge the inconvenience.
We also believe our employees deserve to be treated with the same respect and courtesy that we strive to show every customer. Constructive feedback is always welcome, but we believe there is a difference between expressing disappointment and publicly questioning someone’s ability to do their job.
We appreciate every customer who chooses to support us, and we understand that one disappointing experience can be frustrating. However, we also hope that the many positive experiences we’ve provided over the years speak just as loudly as the occasional one that falls short.
At the end of the day, we’re a small business made up of hardworking people who genuinely care about what they do. We will continue doing what we’ve done for years — showing up, working hard, supporting our community, and doing our best for the customers who support us.
Sincerely,
The Bailey & Ingham families
