Come and taste what you've been missing.

Hickory Smoked Prime Rib:
Whole beef rib loin slow roasted over Hickory coals then hand carved to order, served 'Au-Jus' and our house horseradish cream.

Homemade Meatballs:
Hand crafted meatballs made from fresh sautéed aromatics with basil, oregano, garlic, and a mixture of fresh ground beef, veal and pork. Then I roast them in a hot oven and finish simmering in my homemade tomato sauce.
