We’ve been open 6 months today and what an adventure it’s been!
Thank you Waverly for making BLK a part of your every day, and even your special occasions. We feel so lucky to be a part of this community, and we look forward to serving you for many years to come!

In our first 6 months open, we have hand patted 17,796 pounds of ground chuck, hand cut even more Idaho potatoes for fries, hand made 13,120 Mac Bites (which is a multi day process!) and our servers have made you almost 1500 hot fudge cakes.
