Want a second burger option today? Do you remember that Sexy Mother Clucker! That’s right! Ground chicken (ground in house obviously), rolled into burger balls and smashed on the grill! Served on a brioche bun on a bed of lettuce. Topped with Pepperjack cheese, fried jalapeños, and served with a side of buffalo ranch to dip! Limited number of these!

We have been playing with the idea of smoking salmon for a while now. Today, we have decided to roll with Smoked Salmon Salad! We smoked our Chilean Salmon for several hours, cooled it and flaked it. The Smoked Salmon Salad comes with the bed of Spring mix/Romaine, mixed peppers, red onions, hard boiled egg, and Feta cheese. You choose the dressing (Ranch, Italian, Red Wine Ving or Caesar)! We have 4 available today!
