Thank you Raelynn Alyse Music

Two months ago, our community lost a very special young girl, Elsie Wiemerslage, after her courageous battle with leukemia. Elsie loved animals and was a fan of Helping Strays, touching the hearts of so many during her short but meaningful life. We have received many generous donations in her memorial.

Elsie's friend Raelynn Patterson was another example of finding a beautiful way to honor her memory. After performing a music gig, Raelynn donated all of her tips to Helping Strays - because she knew how much Elsie cared about helping homeless animals.

Yesterday Raelynn stopped by the shelter to deliver her donation, and we couldn't be more grateful for her kindness and generosity. ❤️ She's shown here in front of one of our adoptable cats.

Thank you, Raelynn, for carrying on Elsie's compassionate spirit and helping us to continue our mission.
