Last week, a few members of our team showed up at Unbridled Acres for some team bonding, and building together through the organizations Take the Reigns workshop. We leaned into our growth mindsets, and were reminded that growth happens when we become confortable being uncomfortable.

Horses can detect human heart rates from several feet away and naturally match or mirror our emotional state, making them powerful partners for healing and bonding experiences! 🐎🤎
