Every meal at La Vita Nuova begins in the garden 🥦

Our famous Wagyu Tagliata, a 14 oz strip served with rich peperonata, crispy potato straws, savory jus, and farm-fresh broccoli, follows the same journey.

Broccoli seeds planted by hand nearly two months ahead of harvest are eventually cut fresh from the field and delivered to our door. Seared and seasoned to perfection, plated one by one on top of our prized, locally-sourced Wagyu.

Ben leads the kitchen, bringing years of experience, a deep appreciation for Northern Italian cooking, and a belief that really good food starts with really good ingredients.

Sarah brings years of hospitality experience and a love for creating the kind of place you want to return to again and again.
