SERVER – Café Dodici
Café Dodici is seeking enthusiastic and professional servers to join our team! We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ring in orders and process payments using our point-of-sale system
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, stocked, and ready for service
- Assist with setup before opening and closing duties after service
- Maintain knowledge of our menu and daily specials
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Handle multiple tables and tasks with ease while staying calm under pressure
- Support cleaning, restocking, and other general duties as needed
Requirements:
- Availability during Café Dodici’s operating hours, including early arrival for setup and staying late for closing
- Ability and willingness to work holidays as part of the team schedule
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Quick thinker, dependable, and able to stay on your feet for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person

Cheers to our very own Arianna! Currently manager of Dodici's Shop, stay tuned to this rising star as her role will continue to develop and expand at the Dodici Trinity (shop, cafe and suites). We are lucky to have her on our team and congratulate her on this much deserved recognition!

Moving frequently as a child taught Arianna Whetstone how to adapt, build relationships quickly, and find common ground with new people. What once felt like constant change became the foundation of what she now calls her hospitality "superpower." In less than a year as manager of Dodici's Shop, Arianna has transformed the business by expanding its offerings, strengthening community connections, and creating a more confident, collaborative team. She believes hospitality is more than serving coffee—it is an industry where people discover who they are while helping others feel seen, welcomed, and connected.

Classy!

One of our favorite views at Northside. ❤️

One thing we hear all the time is, “This place has so much character.” That makes us smile because so much of that character comes from giving old things a new life.

Believe it or not, the only fixtures we bought brand new in this photo are the bar stools, the Art Deco light fixtures, and the wood lining the bar’s armrests and drink ledge. Everything else was restored, repurposed, or found at restaurant auctions and sales.

Even the bar top has a story—it’s made from reclaimed bowling lanes from our local bowling alley, generously donated by our dear friend Katherine.

From the restored tin ceiling to the exposed brick, every detail was chosen with intention. We wanted Northside to feel like it belonged here… because in many ways, it always has.
