AAPI Friends of the Flock 🍽️ This Wednesday, 5/20, Chef Danny Lee joins Chef Yuan Tang of Rooster & Owl for a special one-night-only collaboration as part of their AAPI chef series celebrating the chefs, stories, and flavors shaping our community.

Hosted by the Rooster & Owl team, the evening will feature an exclusive tasting menu with two seatings available for the night. A portion of proceeds will also benefit EmbraceRace.

We’re excited to see Danny Lee representing The Fried Rice Collective for this incredible collaboration alongside some of DC’s most celebrated chefs 🥢🔥
