Today’s Milkshake Recognition goes to JP and Jonathan! 🎉

JP, our wonderful bartender, consistently shows up with a smile, a great attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Today, he stepped up to assist with manager training and once again demonstrated what it means to Always Say Yes! We truly appreciate his positive energy and dedication to our team.

Jonathan, one of our talented line cooks, has been taking the initiative to learn different stations and is always willing to step in and cover when needed. His hard work, flexibility, and commitment to the team do not go unnoticed.

Today, we celebrate a very special milestone 10 years of Monica!

Monica has been with us since Day One, making her one of our true OGs! For the past 10 years, she has shared her incredible talent and passion with us as our baker, creating beautiful and delicious desserts for our guests to enjoy.

But her talents don’t stop there! From Father’s Day and Mother’s Day to New Year’s Eve and so many other special celebrations, Monica has helped bring our events to life through her creativity and beautiful decorations.

Okay, we know it’s not Saturday today… but that didn’t stop us from recognizing our amazing associates on Saturday for Milkshake Recognition Day

This Saturday, we celebrated Mila & Delmy!

Delmy is the definition of “Answer is Yes, What’s the Question?” She brings that mindset into everything she does. Whether she’s helping in dishwashing, jumping in at the bread station, or lending a hand wherever she’s needed, Delmy is always willing to step up. She shows up with an amazing attitude, supports her team, and always finds a way to help make the day better.

Mila is finally back from vacation, and we definitely missed her joyful personality! We’re so excited to have her back and can’t wait to continue watching her connect with our wonderful guests, create raving fans, and bring her positive energy to every shift. Welcome back, Mila!

Today’s milkshake recognition goes to David & Nelson!

David has been killing it with his OpenTable shoutouts and has really stepped up when it comes to closing as a server. We value all the hard work, dedication, and care he puts into taking care of our guests. He’s our silent killer — always moving quietly, getting the job done, and somehow making it look effortless. We appreciate everything you bring to the team!

Nelson (Doesn’t like the camera or pictures at all) our long-time Food Runner and someone we can always count on to get the job done! Nelson is a true perfectionist who makes sure everything is done by the book. He works closely with the DRM to make sure our team has the tools and resources needed to succeed. His consistency, attention to detail, and dedication to the team do not go unnoticed.

Thank you both for everything you do! Your hard work makes a difference, and we appreciate you!
