A small dish that says everything. French Riviera-style turned potatoes, candied lemon, capers, lemon beurre blanc. Classic technique, bright finish, the South of France in a few careful bites. This dish reminds us of a weekend well spent!

Spring lingers a little longer. Our four-course Asparagus Menu is staying on through the end of May: marinated tuna with cucumber gazpacho, burratina with citrus vinaigrette, seared Riviera branzino with white asparagus and beurre blanc, and Ultimate Chocolate to finish.
