For now, online ordering and call-ahead orders are ON, the team is communicating, and we’re ready for one of the busiest days of the year.

A special thank you to Chef Erik — our father, fearless leader, and the guy who taught us that GREAT barbecue isn’t rushed. Every rack of ribs (and every plate, really) carries a little bit of his influence.

This year, we're honored to celebrate some members of our team as they graduate with the Class of 2026 🎉🎓

These guys juggled classes, sports, clubs, college applications, future plans, and all the excitement and uncertainty that comes with the next chapter. Through it all, these students continued to show up and work hard.

They've spent countless hours serving guests, helping during busy dinner rushes, and stepping up whenever the team needed an extra hand. Their dedication, reliability, and willingness to work hard helps keep this restaurant afloat.

One of the greatest privileges of being a family-owned restaurant is getting to watch young people grow- not just as employees, but as individuals. We've had the opportunity to see these seniors gain confidence, build valuable skills, and mature into outstanding young adults.

To our graduates: thank you for your hard work, your commitment, and the positive impact you've had on our team. We are incredibly proud of all you've accomplished and excited to see where life takes you next.

1/2 lb of pork loin hand-pounded into a big ol’ schnitzel, breaded and fried hard ‘til golden brown. Served on a pub roll with red onions, horsey pickles, and Yellow Belly. 🔥🐷
