We catered our last event tonight and we will not be adding anymore events in the future. It's not a decision that came lightly as this was something I have been passionate about since long before we made it official but lately that passion just hasn't been there. And I can't keep doing this if I am not all in. Real wood smoked BBQ is something you must give 110% to succeed. It's not something you can coast through and expect to be successful. Definitely not something I could half ass.
With that being said I want to thank all of our loyal customers for giving us the opportunity to feed you and your friends and family. Without you we wouldn't have been as successful as we were the last 3 years.
I would especially like to thank Dave Waikem and Fishermans Central for giving us our first opportunity to sell our BBQ and it was fitting that was where we ended our run tonight.
Another huge thank you goes out to Jesse and Aaron with the Great Lakes Fishing Expo for the opportunity they gave us the last 3 years to really showcase our BBQ at their event. Those events were huge for us and showed we could really do it and that people really do like our food.
Thank you again to everyone that ever enjoyed our BBQ! We appreciate every single one of you.
