⛺ Stowing the Tent for Winter! ❄️

The seasons are changing, and with the leaves officially falling, we took advantage of the crisp, beautiful weather to start prepping the property for winter!

Today, we officially took down and put away our outdoor dining tent. It has been an absolute blast hosting everyone out there for spring, summer, and fall there is nothing quite like dining al fresco under the Vermont sky. A huge thank you to everyone who grabbed a table under the tent this year!

Don't worry, outdoor seating isn't completely gone just yet. If you are feeling brave and want to soak in that fresh autumn air, you can still grab a seat right out on the open-air deck and enjoy the remaining crisp autumn nights. 🌌🍂

Otherwise, we have plenty of cozy spots waiting for you inside. Come warm up with us tonight!

🚠 Après-Chairlift Eats & A Quick Favor! 🍂

We are so excited to see everyone rolling in after a beautiful fall day in the Mad River Valley! If you spent your afternoon taking in the foliage from the chairlifts at Mad River Glen or Sugarbush, come cap off your weekend adventures with a cozy dinner and great drinks with us tonight. 🍻🍁

A quick, honest favor to ask our wonderful community:
As a small, local restaurant, our table space is incredibly valuable to us. Last night, we unfortunately had two large parties completely no-show their reservations.

We totally understand that weekend plans change—especially when you are out exploring!—but when tables sit empty, it means our staff takes a hit and other guests who were hoping to dine with us miss out.

📞 If your plans change: Please just give us a quick call to cancel! We promise we will be grateful for the heads-up.
🍽️ If you are still coming: We absolutely cannot wait to host you!

Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting local. See you tonight to celebrate the season!

📸 Throwback Thursday: The Evolution of Déco! 🕰️

Our dining room has certainly seen a lot of changes over the years! For today's , we are taking a trip down memory lane to look at what the space looked like right after we first took over the building.

If you have been with us since the early days, you might remember our original setup:
🪑 Communal Seating: All of our tables were shared, making it easy to meet your neighbors!
🎯 Game Night: We had a classic dart board for some friendly competition.
🎨 Vintage Vibes: The space featured moody, dark green accent walls.

We have grown and evolved a lot since then, but one thing hasn't changed: our love for this community and the good times we share here.

Take a minute and drop your absolute favorite memory from our dining room in the comments below! We are so grateful for the history we've built together, and we are always here ready to help you make many more memories. ✨

🍻 Unwinding Post-Holiday & Trying Something New! ☀️

After a busy holiday weekend, we took some time today to finally relax and visit our good friends in town over at Lawson's Finest Liquids. We had to try their brand new Sip'N NA IPA!

Honestly, it is fantastic. You get all of that juicy, bright hop flavor you love from a classic IPA, but without the cloudy head the next morning. 🚫☁️

With the shift toward more mindful drinking, we are noticing a lot more people choosing zero-proof options. It got us thinking about how we can best serve you:
🍺 B**r? Are you reaching for an NA craft brew like Sip'N?
🍹 Mocktails? Do you go for a handcrafted zero-proof cocktail?
🥤 Classics? Or do you stick to a refreshing soda, seltzer, or tea?

What is your go-to non-alcoholic drink order when you are dining out? Let us know in the comments below! 👇
