First ever live fry!! I learned so much just by getting out and doing it like timing the batter, heat control for the oil, potential safety hazards, keeping flies away, keeping us cool and not over heat. 6.19.26 We did it! This is a huge step for us to get to this point of getting our pass from Dept of Health. We got this trailer March 11, but with our new baby we took it easy to connect and rest. It's surreal to think in last year April we decided to make this business movement. With action, patience, and commitment we finally did it. I'm so proud of this moment cuz it means a huge step closer to opening in Kekaha, with our trailer!! Just like we said we would. It's crazy because everything that happens, and decisions you make lead you to a new path and destination. This route was influenced by a negative that turned into a huge positive. Don't ever let someone else tell you what you can or can't do cuz it's seriously all up to you! Thinking things through as best as we could got us here and I'm so humbled by it all. We all do different things to make money and I'm thankful we enjoy working as a family, and get to make ends meet to raise our kids. My dad and Kelsey's parents supported us with opportunities that kept our business going in waimea, and picking up our trailer. Fridge, and generator.
