✅ How to Sign Up
1. DM us your name, contact number, and vehicle type.
2. We’ll confirm your spot and send you setup details. You’ll need to come in and sign an acknowledgement package and receive an “Approved Participation Sign”.
3. Spaces are limited—first come, first serve.
📋 Rules for Participants
• Setup Time: Arrive between 4:30–5:30 PM to decorate. All trunks must be ready by 6:00 PM.
• Decorations: Keep them fun, family-friendly, and not too scary (please no gore or adult themes).
• Candy: Bring enough treats for all keiki (we suggest at least 200–300 pieces).
• Vehicle Safety: Once parked, cars must remain OFF and in place until the event ends (no moving vehicles).
• Supervision: At least one adult must remain at each trunk at all times.
• Respect: Be kind and respectful to all participants, families, and staff.
• Food & Drinks:
• Guests are welcome to purchase and enjoy food & drinks inside the restaurant dining areas.
• Food and beverages are NOT allowed outside in the parking lot or Trunk-or-Treat area.
• Alcoholic drinks must remain inside the restaurant at all times. NO OUTSIDE DRINKS.
🛡️ Safety Guidelines
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No alcohol, smoking, or drugs in the parking lot or event area.
• No open flames, fireworks, or hazardous decorations.
• Costumes: Please avoid masks, weapons, or props that could scare very young children or cause injury.
• Walkways: Keep aisles and access lanes clear for kids to walk safely.
• Parking: Only approved participating vehicles will be in the decorated trunk area. All others must park in designated guest parking.
• Emergencies: Chicken in a Barrel staff will be on-site to assist—please report any safety issues right away.
