Our Cobalt Bleu Mussels are loaded with Prince Edward Island black mussels, leeks, shallots, and a creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce, served with plenty of toast points for the job ahead.

One of this week’s special has a story behind it.

We recently featured this Flank Steak at one of our wine dinners, and it was such a hit that Alvin couldn’t let it go. He’s brought it back to the specials board so more of you can enjoy it.

Grilled & marinated flank steak with sautéed mixed mushrooms, peppercorn cream sauce, and house-cut fries.

The sauce is to die for. Looking forward to seeing all of our guests this afternoon!
