Meet George and Cindy Rodinos, the owners behind Balcony One Restaurant and Bar.

If you’ve joined us for dinner, chances are you’ve seen them moving through the dining room or patio, welcoming guests and making sure everything feels just right. This place isn’t just something they run, it’s something they’ve built piece by piece.

From the doors brought in from Santa Fe to the artwork on the walls, all created by Cindy, to the care put into every dish on the menu, their story is woven into every corner of the restaurant. It reflects their life, their partnership, and their shared love of food.

They open their doors the same way they would at home, with intention, warmth, and a genuine desire to bring people together.

And with George’s roots in Greece, you’ll find that influence thoughtfully carried throughout the menu, adding another layer to the experience.
