EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: PAULINE ✨

If there’s one thing we can say about Pauline, it’s that you don’t have to ask her to work, she sees what needs to be done and gets it done. ❤️

That kind of work ethic started at home. Pauline says her mom taught them to do everything with passion and heart, and to always take initiative. And it shows in the way she serves every single day.

After spending 15 years at her previous job, Pauline brought that same faithfulness and dedication with her to Waterwell.

Her favorite part about working at the cafe is the atmosphere, the peacefulness, the staff, and how loving and caring everyone is. 🥹

For Pauline, serving others brings her joy. She loves meeting new people, talking with them, hearing where they’re going, and simply getting to know them.

And when it comes to food… she loves our grilled veggies and mashed potatoes, but she LOVES the fried gizzards! 😂🙌

Pauline, we are so thankful to have you on our team. Your faithfulness, initiative, and heart to serve never go unnoticed. Thank you for showing up every day and doing what you do with excellence. ❤️

Staff favorite today!

Meet the Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake Espresso 😍

Blonde espresso with cinnamon bun, a touch of vanilla and cinnamon, topped with cheesecake cold foam and a cinnamon finish.

It’s giving cinnamon roll meets cheesecake meets coffee… and yes, it’s as good as it sounds. 😂🤎

Come try one today!

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: FELICIA ✨

Meet Felicia! ❤️ She joined the Waterwell family just one week after we opened, and ever since then she’s been helping us host, seat, smile, pray, serve, and love on the people who walk through our doors.

Her favorite part about working at Waterwell? The people she gets to see every day. And if you’re wondering what she’s ordering, she’s going for our Pat’s Plate or chicken tenders! 😋

What brightens Felicia’s day most is simply seeing other people smile. To her, serving others is about more than seating our guest, it’s about helping heal hearts.

She’s passionate about restoration, and she wants every customer to know that she is here to help and serve. Her hope is that when she serves you, you leave feeling welcomed, loved, and at home.

One piece of advice she lives by: “Love yourself how God created you, then you can love others.” ❤️

Felicia works HARD, but what stands out even more is the way she serves in love every single day. We are thankful to have her as part of our Waterwell family!

Next time you see those red glasses and that smile at the front, make sure you say hey to Felicia! 🥰🦁

Felicia, thank you from all of us at Waterwell for the way you show up, work hard, and serve people with such a genuine heart. ❤️ Your kindness, your willingness to help, and the love you pour into others does not go unnoticed. We are so thankful you’re part of this team and part of the Waterwell family!
