This is what happens when apple pie and a sourdough cinnamon roll get together. 🤤

Soft, gooey sourdough cinnamon rolls loaded up with creamy frosting and finished with our homemade apple pie topping.

And yes… we’re putting that apple goodness on every single one by hand.

When Nikki first told me she wanted to start selling sourdough, I told her, “If you bake it, I’ll sell it.”

Looking back, I had absolutely NO idea what I was getting myself into. 😂

This morning started at 2:00 AM. This video is made from about 60 different clips of what happens before we ever open the doors — printing and putting on labels, cleaning the barn, stocking everything, setting up the farm stand and getting ready for the day.

There’s an awful lot of work that happens behind the scenes that most people never see.

But this is what we do. We started with Nikki baking sourdough and me figuring out how the heck to sell it, and somehow it turned into the Hope Street Farm Stand.

It’s exhausting. It’s chaotic. It involves way too many 2 AM mornings.

But seeing people pull into our driveway every Friday and Saturday and support something we built together makes it pretty damn worth it.

Apparently, this is what “You bake it, I’ll sell it” looks like. ❤️
