Good morning Klamath Falls, due to a few factors, we have decided to stay closed for at least another week. We can not wait to serve the community again and look forward to normal days. Well it seems that yesterday we were victims of vandalism. If anyone has information regarding this we ask that you please come forward. We are just a small business trying to survive like anyone else. No fancy cars, no big houses, just 2 brothers that have only this business to rely on.

We have come to the decision that we will be closed until the 7th of April. With everything that's going on we thought it would be best to stay home. We are sorry for any and all inconvenience that this may cause. Per the health department's regulations, while we are closed we are not allowed to continue our meals for the children not attending school. We will compile a list of resources available. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and can not wait to get back to serving the community. Thank you all and be safe out there.

We here at Sabor de Cuba have decided that we will stay open for business as long as we possibly can during this time. However, on Monday it is possible that we as a nation will have to make sacrifices and stay home. If this occurs we will weigh out our options and make the decision then. Lots of our colleagues in the service industry, are today, making these same decisions. Please stop by your favorite local eatery today, grab some take out, and enjoy. Together as a community we will get through this. Together we will overcome.

Keep calm and get your Cubano on. Slow roasted citrus marinated boneless pork shoulder, ham, swiss cheese, mustard, and pickles. Served with plantains $9

We are still doing the Pan con Bistec. Thin sliced Cuban style steak topped with grilled onions and potato sticks pressed flat like panini. Served with plantains $10

We are a small locally owned food truck. We, like most other food trucks, get most of our supplies from Smartfood services (cash n carry). We're sure many of you have noticed the shelves in just about every store lately. During this stressful time we are going on a day by day basis as far as being able to operate. We are going to keep feeding the kiddos free Arroz con Frijoles as long as we can find the supplies needed. Together as a community we will get past these trying times.
