We take customer service and hospitality seriously because we understand the responsibility we hold when it comes to providing it. Whether the experience with a business is good or bad, its impact on society as a whole matters. We believe there is a decline in taking pride in providing it in business today and it bothered us as both consumers and business owners. So we wrote a book about it.
