Very soon, our Joesler Village location will begin an exciting transformation into Seis Cantina — a brand-new concept inspired by our Sonoran heritage and roots, our food truck beginnings, and the authentic taquerías and cantinas that first inspired the Seis journey.
Built by the Muñoz family, Seis Cantina will feature a fresh new menu filled with bold regional Mexican street food, affordable à la carte favorites, tacos, burros, nachos, fresh salsa bars, cold cervezas, flowing margaritas, and an upbeat new cantina energy inside the Joesler space.
This concept takes us back to the beginning — to late nights on the food truck, simple ingredients, smoky carne asada, handmade salsas, and the kind of food meant to be shared casually, often, and with joy.
And yes… Tucson, we hear you. A certain iconic Sonoran street food favorite may just be rolling its way onto the menu soon 😎 🌭🔥
As we begin this exciting new chapter at Joesler Village, we’re also thrilled to announce another change our guests have been asking for — full service is coming to our Oro Valley location.
What does that mean? Beginning MAÑANA, No more lining up to order or waiting to be assigned a table. You’ll be welcomed by a host, seated comfortably, and taken care of by our incredible Oro Valley team from start to finish.
Same delicious Seis menu. Same amazing team. Just a more relaxed, welcoming experience designed to help you slow down, stay awhile, and enjoy time together.
🩵🤍🧡We know many of you have grown with us over the years, and we truly would not be here without your support. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust you continue to place in our family and our restaurants, and we hope you’ll join us as we step into this next season of Seis together 🙏
Our Mercado and Tanque Verde locations will continue serving the Seis Kitchen experience you know and love, while Joesler Village begins its transformation into Seis Cantina SOON!
We cannot wait to share more with you very soon.
Con mucho corazón,
The Muñoz Family
