Mexican Shrimp Cocktail- Large-white shrimp, cucumber, celery, onion, cilantro, lime, and avocado are mixed together and topped with a zesty tomato juice cocktail.
Served with tortilla chips.

The Pink Melon- Spice crusted, roasted and thinly sliced pork loin, watermelon pico de gallo (watermelon, jalapeño, onion, lime and cilantro), garlic-cumin mayo, and lettuce on a toasted kaiser bun.
Vegetarian Melon- Veggie Burger, watermelon pico de gallo (watermelon, jalapeño, onion, lime and cilantro), garlic-cumin mayo, and lettuce on a toasted kaiser bun.
